Parag Agrawal, an IIT-Bombay graduate student, has replaced Jack Dorsey as Twitter’s new CEO. Dorsey resigned this evening and the Board unanimously appointed chief technology officer Agrawal as CEO.

Parag Agrawal graduated from IIT-Bombay and has a PhD in computer science from Stanford University.
