Recently, a chef in Pune broke the record for creating the largest royal icing structure. Her 6-meter-tall work has even won two Guinness World Records titles. And now, we have come across another giant work made entirely of chocolate. Pastry chef Amaury Guichon created an old fashioned race car using 18kg of chocolate!

Believe it or not, the amazing racing car is made entirely of chocolate and is therefore completely edible. Pastry chef Amaury Guichon is known for his giant life-like creations made out of chocolate. Whether it’s an impressively detailed lion or a gorgeous Chandelier, he can do it all. Just like his other creations, the racing car is also meticulously crafted. Right from the undercarriage to the exterior details, everything is absolutely perfect!
The entire process of making the racing car was captured by the pastry chef in an Instagram video. He revealed the incredible stats of the chocolate racing car in the caption of the post. “If you want to take a closer look at all the details of this old-school race car. It took 6 days to build, it’s 60 inches long and 40 inches tall for a total of 50 lbs of dark chocolate.” So a whopping 18kg of chocolate was used to create this car!
The clip has surpassed 1 million views on the platform, with thousands of rave reviews from users. “Genius artist,” wrote one user while another said, “How come you don’t have a physics or engineering degree? Always awesome!!”
