To make this dish, first, boil four eggs. Then, in a pan, add some oil, turmeric, salt and pepper. Cut the boiled egg in half and fry in masala oil. When it turns golden brown, take them out. Now in the same oil, add sliced onion, curry leaves, green peppers and ginger-garlic powder. Let it cook until the onion is soft. For this, add red chili powder, pepper, chaat masala, coriander powder and salt according to taste. Mix well and then add the scrambled eggs. Mix all the flavors together. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
