Pierrot Raschdorff appointed Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at BMG

BMG appointed Pierrot Raschdorff to advance the company’s diversity strategy.

As Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Berlin-based Raschdorff will report directly to Dominique Casimir, BMG’s Chief Content Officer.

As an expert on diversity and corporate responsibility, BMG says that Raschdorff will now be responsible for further developing and accelerating the company’s global DE&I goals, working closely with international teams. of BMG across 12 of the company’s core music markets.

Pierrot Raschdorff joins from German book publishing giant Penguin Random House, which, like BMG, is part of Bertelsmann.

According to BMG, with his book (Schwarz. Rot. Wir.), Raschdorff “makes a call for diversity, emphasizing the importance of diverse role models for finding one’s identity”.

Raschdorff holds a degree in political science and is a certified mediator.
