Update, 12:29 pm: PS5 Horizon Forbidden West Bundle is still available at Amazon for £499.99, Prime Members only. The stock has now been around for more than four hours and looks set to continue during the day. This is the best opportunity we have recently for people in the UK to have PS5 without problem. You also don’t need a Prime membership to buy this one.
PS5 availability is slowly starting to improve in the UK, with apps like PlayStation Direct, Very, GAME and Amazon now re-stocking the console fairly regularly. This means that there is now the right amount of time from inventory to when it’s out of stock.
Even then, PS5 consoles usually return pretty quickly, so this could be the end of the UK shortage. Xbox Series X is also widely available, so the PS5 won’t fall too far behind. PS5: Amazon Prime members get priority
Amazon is a pretty popular retailer for PS5 purchases, especially since it’ll likely arrive within 1-2 days – shipping is exceptionally quick. You will need to be a Prime membership to get access to any PS5 discount at Amazon, but it will probably be worth it.
Amazon’s only downside is that it’s the only retailer where the console will still sell out within minutes. My best recommendation is to follow @IGNUKDeals and turn on notifications. I’ll be tweeting as soon as it becomes available and hopefully, this will start to happen more and more as the stock becomes more and more available in the UK.

When an online retailer has a PS5 in stock, it seems like everyone on the planet is scrambling to close their orders. Retailer websites often become extremely buggy due to all the stress on their servers. Your best bet for getting a PS5 on order is that you’re signed in to your account and have your credit card information saved there. That way, you won’t waste precious seconds entering credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc while everyone around you is successfully paying.
