PlayStation Plus game catalog will include Skyrim: Enhanced Edition and All Kingdom Hearts
Sony’s enhanced PlayStation Plus tier will add more to its Game Catalog offerings on November 15, including The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special and full version Heart Kingdom saga.
PlayStation Plus launched a new tiered service in June, and Game Catalog access applies to Extra and Premium levels. November update including 16 new titles available to active subscribers, with a number of RPG and main action titles thrown into the mix.
It’s not a person who enjoys Anniversary edition, but Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition for PlayStation 4 and 5 is one of the larger titles joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog this month. It lacks some of the new graphics and content updates added in the Anniversary release, but Skyrim Special Edition is still an improvement over the original.
For the good guys with an older upgrade, IGN 8/10 Special Edition Skyrim The review noted: “It still includes many of the bugs of the original version, ugly character models, and weak combat animations, but the memorable world greatly benefits from improved effects and lighting. “
Square Enix and Disney’s RPG series also join the Game Catalog library with Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory and Kingdom Hearts 3 – it’s amazing. Between collections, that’s a total of nine games from the series.
IGN mainly praised the series, giving the original Kingdom Hearts 1.5 collection as 8.5 / 10, and the next 2.5 Remix with Rated 8.4 / 10. For Kingdom Hearts 3IGN says it’s “a perfect evolution and resolution of the franchise that shows it’s still full of heart.”
The title Oddworld is a remake of an older, weird ’90s platformer that IGN thought had.”tons of charms. “Oddworld: Soulstorm – Enhanced Edition brings upgrades over the original experience, including a new game mode, Toby’s Escape, released for both Sony platforms.
The Tom Clancy series will also have extras like Rainbow Six Siegereleased in both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint joins The Division 2 as older titles that were originally only for PlayStation 4, but console owners New generation consoles can still enjoy them on their upgraded hardware.
Finally, space combat shooter Chorus and time-bending platformer The Gardens Between are being added as PlayStation 4 games, but have their own PlayStation 5 upgrade to boot. PlayStation 4 title The Remains of Edith FinchEarth Defense Force: Iron Rain, Earth Defense Force World Brothers and Onee Chanbara Origin will also appear in the Game Catalog later this month.
