Please help me, my boss asked me to lie to get my colleague fired
I am a human resources professional specializing in work relations. I have been working for my current employer for several years and have had a great career. Unfortunately, I now have a new boss and she has been trying to convince me to resign because I recently had to deal with a serious health issue. When I didn't fall for the bait to resign, she made a retaliatory and punitive decision to strip me of core job responsibilities that she knew I enjoyed. This decision constitutes an unlawful adverse action. My question is: Do I take an unlawful adverse action claim to the Fair Work Commission, which puts my future at the company at risk, or do I just keep fighting? The trust was broken and I couldn't work for her long term.

You will know better than most the process of submitting a complaint and what will be involved for you on an individual level. Perhaps see if you can try thinking about your situation from a third-person perspective to help you gain some distance when considering the best way to move forward.
