Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Leak: New Monsters, Beginner Evolution
A leaker got hold of it Pokémon Scarlet and Violet two weeks before the official date of the street. So, of course, they sell screenshots online before the game actually launches. Right now, the images are all over Twitter and Reddit. So you can also read about them at Kotaku first, right?
All screenshots are taken from the spanish version of the game and looks like are from A single person. Unfortunately, they deleted their account at that time Kotaku tried to verify them. But the genie is out of the jar, so let’s see what there’s to see. Of course, if you don’t want to look at scarlet and Violet two weeks before release, stop reading here.

First, we have the first (possibly) development of a new fire starter, Fuecoco. Crocalor looks similar to its pre-evolution, except that it wears a wide-brimmed hat. Honestly, this one looks a bit average. Except for the hat, it doesn’t look much different from Fuecoco. Boo, I said. If I don’t get a bit of a coach’s remorse when developing my starter at 16 or 18, what are the designers even doing? Here’s hoping that the grass-type Sprigatito and the water-type Quaxly evolve into giant monsters.

New Pokémon like Flamigo and Tarountula have also been leaked. Perhaps, Flamigo is a combination of flamingo and “amigo”, and Tarountula is… a round tarantula. I also see Ralts and Buizel in the party, which means we can get mixed generations of Pokémon in these games. The player has really annoying when Sword and Shield The manufacturer has announced that not all Pokémon will be included in the national dex. Maybe scarlet and Violet also won’t contain the whole country dex.
At least Smoliv is having a cute evolution into Dolliv. Its slim green body reminded me a little of Roselia’s evolutionary lineage, down to the social anxiety that Smoliv and Budew seem to have in common. Fans have also tweeted about region-specific Tauros. (Again, this is something we can’t verify yet. So let’s treat it like salt in the water.)
Vivillon has also returned with a modified fancy textured outfit. This bug type Pokémon has 20 different variations in X and Y, depending on the geographic location of the 3DS. To catch them all, you have to trade with friends around the world. It looks like this craftsman will return to the Switch generation.
One of the leaked reposts also featured an in-game cinematic which featured two macaw Pokémon from scarlet and Violet.
Pokémon scarlet and Violet will be (officially) released for the Nintendo Switch on November 18.
