Popcorn Jello Shots! – A beautiful message
It’s spooky season and these candy corn Jello shots are perfect for a Halloween party or creepy movie night.
And, you can do these candy corn Jello shots the night before (always a plus in my book!).
I used orange Jello, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla vodka to create these photos delicious orange cream flavor. They are very tasty and sweet.
Element:
- Orange Jello
- Flavorless Gelatin
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Water
- Vanilla Vodka
- Yellow food coloring
How to make Jello Shots candy corn:
Pour 1 cup of water into the small pot and pour 2 packs unflavored gelatin into the water. Heat the water and gelatin over low heat, stirring occasionally until the gelatin has dissolved (about 5 minutes).
Remove the pan from the heat and add 1/2 can of condensed milk to the mixture. Stir until ingredients combine.
Add 2/3 cup Vanilla vodka. Cover and spend half of your milk mixture. You will need to use it for the final layer.
Divide your first half of the mixture evenly into 20 disposable shot glasses, fill them about 1/3 full. Refrigerate until firm (30 – 40 minutes).
How long does it take for the layers to set up?
Each layer will take about 30-40 minutes to set. Remember to wait until each is fully set before adding the next one. Then chill the finished Jello photos for two hours.
When the first layer hardens, pour 1 cup of water into the pot and add another packet of gelatin to make the middle layer.
Warm the water until the gelatin is completely dissolved, remove from the heat and stir in the can orange Jello until it melts. Then add 1/3 cup vanilla vodka.
Divide the orange layer evenly over the white layer and refrigerate until chilled.
When your orange layer has solidified, take the second half of the milk mixture (you keep it aside) and add in a few drops. yellow food.
Divide your yellow layer on top of the orange layer and place it back in the fridge until set.
Gosh!! These people are looking authentic! Once all of your layers are set up, you’re ready to serve your candy corn creations.
These candy corn Jello shots are sure to be a hit at your next Halloween or fall party. You can even serve them on a spooky black tray with Halloween cupcakes. Congratulations!
