One of the main new things players can look forward to in The Delicious Last Course is developing multi-phase encounters with the game’s colorful cast of villains and a new character to bring them out.
Miss Chalice is the new addition to the dynamic duo of Cuphead and Mugman and immediately distinguishes herself from what came before her. While not necessarily making the game easier, Ms. Chalice has abilities that might make for a more streamlined experience for those who aren’t quite as into the indie game of 2017. Her kit includes a double jump, extra health, and auto abilities. attack when she dodges. There is a catch, however, in that she is activated as a spell and therefore does not have access to some of the enhancements available to the original characters.
