Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will announce the party’s youth manifesto on Friday for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.

Both leaders will speak at a special press conference at the party headquarters.

This is one of the rare occasions when both leaders of the Congress Party speak to the media.

The party will go to vote focused on youth and women and has announced that it will give 40% of tickets to women in Uttar Pradesh.
