Review of Mansur Gavriel Leather Frame Handbag USA
First, I’m glad this Mansur Gavriel bag is super light – I just hate luxury bags, none of them, already weighs several pounds. Back and shoulder pain is not classy. There’s no inner lining in the bag (as you’d expect if you know it the Mansur Gavriel way), but this beautifully highlighted contoured black line inside. When I asked about the leather used, the duo said, “The Mini M Frame bag is made of smooth Italian calf leather, beautifully colored”, hinting at other vibrant colors from Crema, Grass, Ocean and Camel. “In contrast, the leather we used for our first handbag collection almost 10 years ago was natural vegetable-tanned Italian leather, which develops rust over time. Although we still make that leather handbag, but for the M Frame Mini Bag we love the saturation and shine of the Italian calfskin.” Second, I like the compact size of this Mini because I I’m not a fan of carrying too much – it fits everything I need for errands and evenings. (Those who need a more spacious option can choose shoulder bag version.) The double zip structure that meets in the middle of the M is also a unique detail.
