Ukraine and Russia disagree on the outcome of the third round of talks in Belarus today. While a negotiator from Kyiv spoke of “positive results”, a Russian negotiator said their expectations “have not been fulfilled”, AFP news agency reported.

The third round of negotiations with Ukraine focuses on opening humanitarian corridors from Ukrainian cities that are under fire.
