He also mentioned that it is clear that humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan should be provided by both us and India.
Vershnin said aid to the Afghan people “should continue, for reasons including the 20-year presence of the Americans and their allies in Afghanistan have made the situation so bad these days, even from a humanitarian perspective.”
