Samsung 35W Power Adapter Duo was launched in India on Monday. The wall charger provides fast and simultaneous charging of two devices. Samsung says the brick can charge Android smartphones and iPhones, in addition to tablets, laptops and smartwatches. It is also compatible with wireless chargers. Furthermore, the charger can also be used with TWS earbuds and a power bank. It comes with one USB Type-C and one USB Type-A charging port. Samsung claims that this charger can support Galaxy smartphones in less than 50% charge time.

The Samsung 35W Duo power adapter offers up to 35W charging via the USB Type-C PD (Power Delivery) 3.0 port and up to 15W charging via the USB Type-A port. Samsung says the adapter provides a maximum power of 35W when charging a device via USB Type-C, and a maximum output power of 35W for charging a PC only.
Additionally, Samsung says that Galaxy smartphones can be charged in 50% less time. The company says Samsung fast charging method is supported for Galaxy Note devices (Galaxy Note 10 and later) and Galaxy S series (Galaxy S10 5G and later).
Samsung has disclosure that it will gradually remove charger and headphone plugs from device packaging in the box to “help address sustainability issues and remove any pressure consumers may feel towards constantly getting unnecessary charging accessories with new phones.”
As every The company’s CEO Samsung has been implementing standardized USB Type-C charging ports since 2017 to make older chargers compatible with newer Galaxy smartphones.
