Sean Hannity Lists All the Reasons He Dislikes Pelosi Replacement Hakeem Jeffries
The Fox News host didn’t take long Sean HannityNancy Pelosi’s cheers about leaving the House leadership turned sour, when the veteran doctor had to go to work Wednesday night to criticize her newly elected replacement: Congressman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY).
Like him usually do For prominent Democrats like Senator Georgia Raphael Warnock and Senator-elect John Fetterman of Pennsylvania ahead of the midterm elections, Hannity compiled a scrolling list of items to be considered part of in Jeffries’ “radical profile”. Among the charges: Jeffries “accused Republicans of stealing SCOTUS seats,” was the manager in former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial, and “said Rudy Giuliani should be ‘locked in’ ‘”.
Hannity also hyped a February 2018 tweet from Jeffries (includes a link to a Washington Post stories of Russians indicted as a result of the Mueller investigation) as evidence that he was “an official denial of the election”—equivalent to the statements of Jeffries and of people who believe in Trump’s ‘Big Lie’.
“Believe it or not, with Pelosi gone, House Democrats have become even more radical and even more out of control than they are now,” said the host of the show. Fox laments, before introducing Larry Elder of far-right publication Epoch Timesand Jason Chaffetz, Fox contributor.
Brotherhoods, who ran unsuccessfully for California governor in the recall election of Democrat Gavin Newsom, disagreeing with Hannity and saying that he considers Jeffries essentially no different from Pelosi. However, Chaffetz agrees with Hannity that he is “more radical” than his predecessor.
“There’s a reason why Democrats stagger even further to the left. Their leader will now be from New York City, not San Francisco. Their second will be from Massachusetts – surprise, surprise,” Chaffetz gritted his teeth, referring to incoming Minority Representative Katherine Clark (D-MA).
The former Utah congressman admitted that Jeffries was “a very nice guy,” but viewed his policies in a different light. “He’ll hug every tree, he’ll kiss every criminal,” he announced, much to Hannity’s delight.
