Shadow Man Remastered owns PlayStation and Xbox Console today
Shadow Man Remastered is a re-release of the hit 1999 game that launched on PC last April. The updated version comes from Nightdive Studios, the team is currently working on it Shock System Remake, and it made an unexpected jump to the console… today!
Shadow Man was developed by Acclaim and released on August 31, 1999, for PlayStation, Nintendo 64, and PC before coming to the Sega Dreamcast later that year. The player controls the iconic Shadowman, a Valiant Comics superhero whose first series began in the early 90s. In addition to possessing enhanced strength, agility, and durability, Shadowman sports mystical powers born of voodoo, which you will use to fight otherworldly enemies to prevent the apocalypse. The game was a modest critical success and has garnered a large following. You can check out the remaster’s launch trailer below.

Controls have also been modernized with mechanics like weapon wheels and auto-aiming. The Switch version, launching January 17, includes a gyroscope aiming feature. For existing fans, the remake also includes three new levels that were cut from the original release.
