Solar Ash launch trailer features Fast-paced Transmission, Big Bosses, Beautiful Visuals and more
Solar Ash is out tomorrow, December 2, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC, and what better way to build hype than with a new launch trailer.
Heart Machine just released the launch trailer for Solar Ash today and if you’re following the game since its announcement back in 2020, then you already know this trailer features beautiful art and sounds, and of course, incredibly memorable languages. These locations are not only visually stunning in art, but also have giant-like creatures that fill the space and provide a moving platform for Solar Ash’s protagonist, Rei.
As you can see in the trailer above, a spooky narrator warns that “you can’t save anyone, not even yourself” in an ominous voice that is present throughout.
If you’re not familiar with Solar Ash, here’s the latest game from Heart Machine, the developer behind Hyper Light Drifter. It is published by Annapurna Interactive, which usually means you are in a game. In it, you control Rei, a space runner who explores alien planets for resources, artifacts, and more while traversing environments through a roller-like mechanic. . Rei’s world is then threatened by a massive black hole known as the Ultra Void (which you can see in the trailer) that she must cross to save all she knows.
Solar Ash was originally scheduled to launch on October 26, but it has been delayed to December 2 to give Heart Machine more time to polish the game and eliminate bugs.
