Ingredient:
Red velvet foam mix – 100g
Fresh cream – 75g
Cheese Mascarpone – 15g
Cream cheese – 20g
Powdered sugar – 15g
Sugar syrup – 15ml
Pure white chocolate – 30g
Cardamom powder – 1 gram
Method:
Starting with the soft sponge cake, take about 100g of the pre-mixed red velvet mix, add water and oil until it forms a semi-liquid dough. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps in it. While making the dough, preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
When your dough is ready, take a cake pan and spread a thin layer of melted unsalted butter on top. Once done, pour in the dough and let it rest for a minute. Once done, put the cake pan in the microwave and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
While baking or icing, mix 15g mascarpone cheese, 20g cream cheese, 75g whipped cream, 1g cardamom powder and 15g powdered sugar. Blend it until it becomes a smooth, airy and light coating.
Now that the cake is baked, remove it from the microwave and let it cool. Once done, remove the sponge cake from the pan and place it on greaseproof paper. Now, cut the cake into a heart shape and top it with the previously prepared frosting.
It’s time to decorate the soft red velvet cake. Take some red velvet crumbs and sprinkle them on one side of the cake and white chocolate crumbs on the other. Once done, you can add some edible white pearl chocolate and your special red velvet cake with edible pearls is ready to serve!
