Switzerland’s Uster Technologies partners with Pinter Group
Uster RSO 3D is a smart combination of spindle monitoring, yarn cleaning and spindle recognition linkage winding machine. This concept shows that even greater customer value can be created from the interconnection of the different process stages and their components, as well as from strategic partnerships between company.
Uster Technologies has partnered with the Pinter Group to strengthen preventive quality control in ring spinning. This partnership will connect Pinter’s system with Uster’s 3D RSO, an intelligent combination of spindle monitoring, yarn cleanup and linked winder with spindle recognition, helping to optimize the stages stages of the process and increase profits.
The Uster RSO 3D introduced in 2019 connects the Uster Sentinel, Uster Quantum 4.0, Muratec QPRO EX/FPRO EX and Spin Inspector to implement a unique prevention system to prevent poor quality manufacturing. In the meantime, customers are already beginning to experience the quality and productivity benefits of the system. The company said in a press release that this is often mentioned by spinners that this is similar to having a Quantum filter in each spinning reel.
Uster Technologies and Pinter Group have signed a partnership agreement that puts spinning profits first. Both companies believe that greater value can be created from combining efforts and solutions. The agreement includes close cooperation and customer support in the field of Ring Spinning Optimization.
Furthermore, the agreement envisages that the Uster RSO 3D feature will be available to customers using Pinter’s Optifil ring monitoring system in conjunction with the Uster Quantum yarn cutter. This step heralds the era of preventive fiber cleaning and extends the benefits of RSO 3D to the broader market.
The extended collaboration includes compatibility between Uster Sentinel, Optifil or Pinter core yarn accessories using conventional roving stops and the ability to connect to the Uster platform. Uster RSO 3D increases profits with direct process optimization and traceability from ring spinning to winding. “We believe in creating an open ecosystem to enable smooth connectivity between different process stages,” says Davide Maccabruni, CEO, Uster Technologies. “The partnership between Uster Technologies and Pinter is based on the shared belief of creating the best value for our customers.”
