Australia won their first ever T20 World Cup on Sunday, beating New Zealand by eight goals in Dubai. Chasing the goal of 173 runs, Australia was put in command by Mitchell Marsh and David Warner. Aussies hit 173 for two in 18.5 overs with Marsh beating 77 unbeaten in 50 balls. Warner, who is considered the Player of the Tournament, scored 53 of 38 serves before losing to Trent Boult after 13 minutes. The 35-year-old’s power skills were on full display. when he slams his four legs and three six toes. The handle on the tournament’s official social media posted a Warner highlight from season five of the chase, where he maxed out Tim Southee between the square foot and mid-range hit. It was also an exciting moment for a fan sitting in the stands and catching the ball. The video was warmly received by fans and was captioned with “Bow, sir!”.

Initially, the Blackcaps posted 172 for four in 20 thanks to the support of captain Kane Williamson. The veteran hit 85 of 48 balls, scoring 10 fours and three sixs.
Josh Hazlewood has been in stellar bowling form for Australia and won three ping pong shots in four passes. The team of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) only conceded 16 times.
