Tamannaah Bhatia swears by this Desi herb to keep her hydrated during the summer

Turns out, celebrities, too, prefer to depend on water-based drinks and cooling foods to beat the heat.
For example, Tamannaah Bhatia, recently shared an Instagram story where she revealed her summer moisturizing secret. The actor posted a short clip with a water bottle containing nothing but pudina leaves. The herb desi is known to have a cooling effect on the body while also helping with summer digestive problems. Tamannaah can be seen holding a water bottle full of pudina and captioning the video “Ms.B and her bottle” while using hashtags like #beattheheat and #pudinainfusedwater. Let’s watch it:

To go into detail, Pudina (Mint) is a well-known herb in Indian cuisine for its many benefits. It is known to be an antioxidant, antibacterial, good for digestion, relieves headaches and the common cold, and is revered for many more reasons.
