Tega Industries IPO registration 13.87 times on the second day of release
Tega Industries Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) was registered 13.87 times on Thursday’s second day of issuance. It was opened on December 1, 2021.
A producer of mining consumables, Tega Industries’ IPO received 13,26,78,876 shares as compared to 95,68,636 shares offered for sale, according to data available from companies exchanges.
Non-Institutional Investor Portfolio registered 20.48x, Retail Individual Investor (RII) portfolio 17.04x and Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) 3.35 time.
The initial public offering amounted to 13,669,478 shares and ranged in price from Rs 443-453 per share.
Tega Industries’ initial public offering was fully registered within an hour of opening on Wednesday (December 1).
Earlier on November 30, Tega Industries said it had obtained Rs 186 crore from anchor investors.

Axis Capital and JM Financial are the curators of this offer. Its shares will be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.
