Tennessee Titans give up RB Adrian Peterson after three games
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Titans announced they gave up the veteran run back Adrian Peterson on Tuesday.
Peterson signed the Titans to their practice team on November 2nd after Derrick Henry was placed on injured reserve that same day.
The Titans signed Peterson to the 53-man roster on November 5.
Peterson, 36, made his Titans debut in Week 9 against the team Los Angeles Rams. His 1-yard touchdown tied him with Walter Payton for 11th on the all-time scoring list.
Peterson shares with D’Onta Foreman, Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard. Peterson tackles 27 times for 82 yards and one touchdown in three games this season.
In the respective moves, Hilliard, defend back Buster Skrine and the person lining the outside John Simon has been signed to the team’s active roster.
Tennessee also put the defense back Chris Jackson and a wide receiver on wounded reserve and an additional receiver Golden Tate and Austin Mack, run again Rodney Smith and defense Kevin is strong to the training team.
