Tennessee Titans WR AJ Brown Excludes New England Patriots
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Titans excluding wide receiver AJ Brown for Sunday’s game against New England Patriots.
Brown injured his chest, ribs and hand in the 22-13 loss last week Houston Texas. He played 40 attacks and finished with five tackles from 48 yards on nine goals.
Titans will probably switch to rookies Dez Fitzpatrick to start in place of Brown. Tennessee can also raise the bar for veterans Golden Tate from a practice team to a 53-man squad.
In 10 games, Brown had 46 hits for 615 yards and three touchdowns. He also missed Tennessee’s Week 4 loss first New York Jets because of a knee injury.
Titans coach Mike Vrabel also ruled out defense Tear Tart, paved the way David Long and Rashaan Evans, run again Jeremy McNichols and protect Nate Davis for the Sunday game.
