The Comedy Story Returns: When I First Started Skinny Secrets, before it is anything, i’ve got this pink trap holder where i keep all my ideas for the blog. Lots of ideas related to food and fitness.
Anyway, when I was a kid, I used to take dance and ballet classes at Solana Beach and this shop across the street is called Top of The Bagel. They already have this SPORTea It’s the most refreshing thing you’ll ever have in your entire life. I’ll get an extra-large SPORTea and a toasted cranberry bagel with cream cheese.
Cut back when I have my pink trap holder – first idea was to post on SPORTea. Now, 12 years later, I’m finally starting to make this damn post and here we are. I recently talked about this iced tea on Instagram & you guys went crazy.
This tea for me is very nostalgic & is the kind of tea that I still drink throughout the years because it really reminds me of the ballet. You will all fall in love with this tea because it’s legit. So I stay true to my word and 12 years later FINALLY make this post!
No, no, no, this is not some crappy, slim, flat stomach detox tea. This.is.iced.tea. REAL BABY.
So we’re going to break down the best iced tea in the world, but I also want to enjoy my favorite hot tea in a minute. So in the spirit of my pink trap holder and the first blog post I wanted to write but never wrote, let’s talk about SPORTea.
In short it is “A delicious, highly effective nutritional drink for adults and children, formulated for active people who want a nutritious alternative to coffee, soda, alcohol and sugary drinks.” sports “.” It’s really popular with athletes and a lot of restaurants serve it as their signature drink.
First of all, let’s talk about ingredients:
♡ Premium imported teas
Contains both black and green tea, along with other herbs. Plants provide a natural way to indulge in weight loss or diet programs & have no adverse effects on the stomach or nerves.
♡ Siberian Ginseng ‘Eleuthero’
This is one of the main ingredients in SPORTea. It is considered an endurance builder, endurance enhancer, and stress reliever. Ginseng is also an adaptogen that helps combat daily stress and the stresses of everyday life such as headaches and body aches.

Just imagine the most thirsty situation where you are dying for something to quench your thirst. THIS is what you want. Add a few drops chlorophyll & you’re good to go (more on that here ). What I do is fill in this particular thrower with hot water & 2 bags of SPORTea then refrigerate overnight. When I wake up, I take a large, beautiful two-city Bodum glass like the ones the Kardashians use & fill with ice, tea, & a Soft Straw. Yum.
Side note: if you guys don’t know about these luxury glasses, let me fill it out for you. TRÉS MOTHER CHIC. This was a proposal from Ingrid and she actually submitted. They’re lightweight, chic, fun, BPA-free, easy to wash, and look cute on Instagram.
Anyway, what I like about this tea is that it’s refreshing and gives you energy but not the shaky, Adderall Redbull style. In fact, a lot of people drink this when they’re sick because it’s so good for their stomachs. Again, there’s a lot of electrolytes in there so it’s great when you need to replenish.
This tea has been around for over 20 years and it’s very legal. & I tell you this is a TSC find if I’ve ever seen it. I mean, that’s the first idea in my trap-keeper when I think of ideas for the website. You guys have to try it.
Since we are talking about tea, I want to tell you about my favorite hot tea right now. One is Kusmi BB Detox Tea & I discovered it at a small French lymphatic drainage massage place. I sent it right in from Paris, and it smells like grapefruit and dandelion.

As you all know I am a human guinea pig and I have been drinking these teas for a while. I can totally say that all these teas and all the fun pots to put them in main list approve.
