In an upcoming episode of Supernatural prequel the Winchesters, Tom welling will debut as Sam Winchester’s grandfather (Jared Padalecki) and the Dean of Winchester (Jensen Ackles). The small town star as Samuel Campbell, father of Mary Winchester (Meg Donnelly) and is the grandfather of the monster hunter brothers.
But what role does Samuel play in the story of Mary and John?Drake Rodger)? According to the episode’s diary, “the hunt begins to heat up, and Mary and John find traces that lead to their father.” And hopefully, his plot is a bit happier than in the original Supernatural series, in which Samuel, do Mitch PileggiKilled by Hell Prince Azazel, then resurrected by the demon Crowley but ultimately killed by Sam Winchester.
The rest of the episode deals with the remaining hunters, namely Carlos (Jojo Fleites), Millie (Bianca Kajlich), Latika (Nida Khurshid) and Ad (Demetria McKinney).
