This 6-minute soft-boiled egg toast is just what you need for a quick breakfast

Boiled eggs are quick, easy, healthy and the perfect way to start the day. You can use it as it is or combine it with vegetables to make salads or with bread to make sandwiches and more. But let us tell you, boiling eggs is not as easy as you think. That’s right. To get the perfect boiled eggs you want, you need to know how long to boil. For example, to get a hard-boiled egg, boil it for eight minutes and soft-boiled eggs only need six minutes to prepare. Lots of fun isn’t it?

Quick Breakfast Recipe: How to Make Soft Boiled Egg Bread in 6 Minutes:
- To make this dish, you will need eggs, sourdough, avocado, any butter of your choice, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper. Find the formula below:
- Boil a small pot of water. Gently place the eggs still in their shells into the water.
- Timer and cook for exactly 6 minutes. This will produce a runny yolk but with a thick white.
- Remove the cooked eggs from the water and place them in a bowl of ice water and add a teaspoon of vinegar, this will make it easier to peel.
- Toast the bread in a pan with a little butter until browned.
- To assemble, spread the mixture on toast, then some lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes, then finish with two soft-boiled eggs.
- Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
