How to make 5 chili plates?
1) First, create a mixture using a few sauces. Get ketchup, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, miso and Gochugaru. Mix all these ingredients and keep the mixed sauce aside.
2) Take all five main ingredients including red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapenos and Bhavnagri mirch. Cut them all like in Chef Saransh’s video. Keep them aside.
3) Take the cubes and cover them with some cornstarch. Add the smoked paprika and salt to taste and mix them with the paneer. Deep-fry the paneer balls until they turn crispy brown.
4) Heat some toasted sesame oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic and ginger, followed by the onion (cut into cubes). Stir-fry for a few minutes and add five key ingredients including sliced red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and Bhavnagri mirch. Mix well and cook them all for a few minutes.
5) Mix the special sauce (that you made) into the preparation. Add paneer cubes and blend them all nicely. 5 pieces of horn peppers are ready. You can garnish it with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
