Three Six Zero acquires London’s SARM Studios from producer Trevor Horn
Global artist management company Three Six Zero has acquired the iconic SARM Music Village in London.
The recording facilitylocated in Notting Hill, West London, there are six studios (commonly known as ‘SARM Studios’) and a suite of purpose-built offices.
So far, it has been owned by Grammy Award-winning producer, Trevor Horn.
SARM Music Village held studio sessions from superstar artist including Paul McCartney, Rihanna, Dua Lipa, Madonna, One Direction, Stormzy, Lana Del Rey, Paolo Nutini, Charli XCX, Mark Ronson and Florence & The Machine.
According to one list by property agents Winkworth in London, the owner of SARM Music Village is seeking an offer in excess of £4.5 million ($5.3 million) for the complex.
That listing confirms that the SARM complex is set on 5,800 sq.ft.
Following the completion of the purchase, Three Six Zero said that the complex will now be refurbished before becoming a “fundamental part” of the company’s global ecosystem.
Three Six Zero told MBW that the purchase represents an important move by the company to create a central hub in London, “enhancing [our] The UK lays the groundwork and provides a valuable stepping stone for Europe”.
The facilities will be made available to all Three Six Zero customers and partners while the SARM Studios complex will also serve as the new facility for Three Six Zero Record.
As an agency, Three Six Zero represents talent including Calvin Harris, WILLOW, Majid Jordan, Bloodpop, The Streets, and Jabari Banks.
Three Six Zero also has an office in Miami and a global headquarters in Los Angeles.
