Tiny portions of noodles at the wedding of the famous Kourtney Kardashians on Twitter
Admittedly, celebrity weddings are among the most awaited events on the internet. We all love to glimpse our favorite celebs and how they celebrate their big moment. From haute couture for weddings to celebrity guest lists, every detail is in the public eye in one way or another. But at a recent celebrity wedding, one particular detail caught the attention of the online community and didn’t go well. American model Kourtney Kardashian recently married drummer Travis Barker in an intimate wedding ceremony in Italy. A photo of the pasta served at a wedding has surfaced on Twitter, and has garnered attention for its extremely small servings. Watch:

The post was originally shared by Kylie Jenner on her Instagram story, then re-shared by Twitter user @amelia_perrin. It has received 340k likes, 25k retweets and 12k quote tweets since the time it was posted.
In the picture, we can see Spaghetti with Arabiatta sauce served in colorfully patterned plates. Noodles are cooked raw in a small pan and then transferred to a plate. Although the noodles themselves look delicious, the portion sizes are extremely small. Just one spoonful of pasta was put on each plate at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s wedding. “The pasta serving size at Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding is one of the saddest I’ve ever seen,” the user wrote in her tweet.
Twitter users were quite surprised to see such a frugal meal being served at a celebrity’s wedding. Some jumped in defense of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. “It can be a rich delicacy that doesn’t have to be super-sized,” said one user. Another wrote: “At least the plates are pretty?!

Well, you’re clearly not a “foodie”, which is normal in Italy. It’s not all about stuffing your face with food, it’s about enjoying it.— Michele Mary Haining Finch (@HainMary) May 23, 2022
I hate that I know this (I really like toasters and kettles in this range, although they are expensive and I NEVER) but it’s even harder than it appears; Plates and pasta are both by Dolce and Gabbana. The server is wearing a matching apron.— Em Breen (@Em_Breen) May 23, 2022
Only in the United States is there a large portion. I definitely noticed a difference in servings while in Italy.— Aundreyaaa ???????? (@ Dreita2003) May 23, 2022

This is the night pasta. It is not a meal. It’s what Italians eat as an after-club/party snack along with a glass of wine. Looks SO GOOD! – Angry flower???????????? ???? (@xylem44) May 24, 2022
