Boxing News 24 will be giving live updates below of tonight’s action.
Hitchins (17-0, 7 KOs) and Lemos (29-0, 19 KOs) meet in an IBF 140-lb title eliminator, vying to become mandatory for the title held by Subriel Matias.
Interestingly, Hitchins says he may opt to fight for the WBC title instead, which would make tonight’s fight meaningless. It sounds like Hitchins and his management didn’t think this thing through clearly when they chose Lemos to fight in an IBF eliminator.

The co-feature bout tonight between super middleweight contender Diego Pacheco (20-0, 17 KOs) and Shawn McCalman (15-0, 7 KOs) could steal the show from the main event, as these two fighters are expected to go to war tonight in a slugfest.
6’4″ Pacheco is a fighter that could be the future of the 168-lb division once the old guard moves on and retires or goes up in weight.
