The Turkish Embassy in New Delhi says Turkey has published updated quarantine rules for vaccinated travelers from India and Nepal, the Turkish Embassy in New Delhi said today. Monday.
According to a statement, passengers arriving in Turkey from India and Nepal and who have been to these countries within the past 14 days will be subject to the latest measures.
The updated arrangements include that all passengers must submit a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Persons who clarify that they have received at least two doses (Single Dose for Johnson & Johnson) of a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization or Turkey for emergency use, provided that at least 14 days from the last dose, will be exempted from mandatory quarantine.
Those who cannot provide the certificate will be quarantined at the place of residence or the address they will declare. On the 10th day of quarrying, they will be tested for PCR and – if found negative, the quarry will be shut down, if found positive will be treated according to COVID-19 guidelines- 19 of the Ministry of Health. .
Further in the statement, the measures include passengers aged 12 to 18 years traveling with their parents who cannot confirm that they have been fully vaccinated which must submit a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours. before coming.
People under 12 years old will be exempted from PCR testing and applying for a certificate of vaccination upon entry.
