Happy New Year Ugadi – Telugu – everyone! It is celebrated on the first day of the month of Chaitra. This year, falls on April 2, 2022. This day is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. 1.Ugadi Pachadi:
One of the most important recipes prepared for this festival is Ugadi Pachadi, a chutney that denotes the six tastes – sweet, salty, spicy, sour, astringent and bitter – through six ingredients. Many people believe that the six tastes correspond to the six emotions that people experience in life. That is – joy, sadness, anger, fear, disgust and surprise.

3. tamarind rice
Also known as Puliyodharai, this is a popular South Indian spicy and sour rice recipe. This dish can be served for lunch or dinner.
4.Semiya Payasam
An incredibly satisfying dessert that’s easy and quick to make. All you need for this dish is buttermilk and flavored vermicelli with cashews and raisins. After that, you need to simmer the vermicelli in milk for a satisfactory taste.
5.Medhu or Uzhunnu Vada
