As 2021 draws to a close, the big showdown between Errol Spence Jr and Terence Crawford has yet to come together. But perhaps 2022 will be the year when these two undefeated weight kings will finally bring the curtain down.
Spence is the undefeated unified IBF/WBC welterweight champion and Crawford is the undefeated unified WBO welterweight champion. Fan interest in the Spence vs Crawford matchup grew for a number of years, but despite growing fan interest, the two champions never reached an agreement to fight.
