Warm up a winter night with duck dinner with orange sauce

Element:
Duck- 250g
Butter- 100 gm
ginger- 1 teaspoon
Diced orange (seeded)- 250 gm
Salt- to taste
Fresh Orange Juice- 500 ml
Tomato sauce- 200 ml
Onion slices
Red and yellow bell peppers- each
Garlic- 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce- 4 teaspoons
Sesame seeds- teaspoon
Sugar to taste
Refined oil
Method:
First, the duck is roasted and steamed thoroughly so that the meat is tender. Now, in a preheated pan, pour in some refined oil until it heats up a little. Add the diced onion, red and yellow peppers. After the vegetables shrink a bit, add ginger and garlic, salt and sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, and fresh orange juice one by one and sauté them to prepare the orange sauce.
Then add the cooked duck to the pan, stir again and cook the duck until the sauce is evenly absorbed into the meat. Remove the duck to a plate while it’s hot and garnish with sliced red chili peppers.
