Washington DC sues extremists over attack on US Congress by Donald Trump supporters
Washington:
The city of Washington, DC on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against two far-right groups for their role in the January 6 violent attack by supporters of President Donald Trump.
City Attorney Karl Racine said the lawsuit alleges the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and more than 30 individuals have links to groups that “conspire to terrorize the District of Columbia.”
