In the tie game, EBU champion Bantam Lee “Lightning” McGregor of Scotland drew with Diego “El Profeta” Alberto Ruiz of Argentina over ten rounds.
In the main event, European WBO middleweight champion Danny Dignum, 14-0-1 (8), #159½, of Bowers Gifford, Essex, UK, scored three kills to help Grant ‘Go-Getter’ Dennis, 17-4 (3) , #159¾, of Chatham, Kent, UK, at 2:31 of the sixth of the ten scheduled innings.
In the first two innings, Dignum chased Dennis, helping him. In the third round, a head collision caused a cut on Dignum’s left eye.
In round 4, Dignum was slashed at the bridge of his nose. In the fifth round, it was close. In the sixth round, halfway through, a left butt to Dignum’s chin knocked Dennis out as he stood up with unsteady legs.
With only a minute left, a cut on Dignum’s left side on his chin sent Dennis down again along with a cut of his right eyebrow for the number 8. Dignum was on top of him, dropping him for the th time. three with a cut on the left side at the chin. When the referee made the count of 8, Bob Williams asked him to take a step forward and waved his hand when Dennis complained in vain with half a minute left.
In a Super Bantamweight title match Lee “Lightning” McGregor, 11-0-1 (9), #121½, of Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, drawn with Diego “El Profeta” Alberto Ruiz, 23-4-1 ( 12), #122¼, by Las Talitas, Tucuman, Argentina, more than ten rounds.
For the first two rounds, it was competitive, with McGregor being the first round aggressor with razor-thin razor blades for him. Over the next five innings, it continued to close with McGregor in front.
In the sixth round, Ruiz became more aggressive, winning the round while McGregor had swelling around his right eye. In the seventh round, McGregor knocked Ruiz down with a punch straight to Ruiz’s head. It was a close round in a close fight with McGregor slightly ahead.
In the eighth round, McGregor’s body with superior shots created an opportunity. In the 9th round, McGregor was warned for using the inside of the glove. The round was competitive and over. In the tenth and final round, McGregor, with thirty seconds left, rocked Ruiz with a punch right to the chin. The final punch was landed by Ruiz, a left hook to the chin that rocked McGregor.

Men’s superweight welterweight Paul Ryan, 3-0 (2), #155¼, of Dublin, Ireland, blocks CJ “Chris” Wood, 3-2 (2), #157½, of Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, UK, with a rate number 2:26 in the first round of six scheduled rounds.
In the first round, Ryan injured Wood, then a few seconds later combined with his body, dropping him forcing referee Chas Coakley to stop the game.
Lightweight Jordan Flynn, 4-0 (0), #137¼, of Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK, beat Marian Marius Istrate, 3-12 (0), #135½, of Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, via six rounds.
Referee Chas Coakley’s score was 59-55.
Lightweight Joe “Gilesy” Giles, 2-0 (0), #170¼, of Wickford, Essex, UK, beat Lewis “Poochi” van Poetsch, 9-138-2 (2), #180, Lydney, Gloucestershire, UK, over four rounds.
In the first round, Poetsch, who hadn’t won for three years and a half, had to throw a punch, land with his hands high forward, using a jab to support Giles much higher. In the third round, Poetsch suffered a slight nosebleed but landed well, keeping his right. One minute into the fourth and final round, Giles got Poetsch in trouble with a series of punches. In the final minutes of the fight, Poetsch and Giles mixed it up well.

Welterweight superweight Bilal Fawaz, 1-0 (1), #154½, of Lagos, Nigeria and London, UK, stopped a dominant opponent Vladimir Fleischhauer, 1-13 (0), #153½, of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia, with a score of 1: 41 of the third of the four scheduled rounds
In the first round, it was clear that Fawaz had to face an easy opponent in the first round match in December. In the second half, Bilal warned him for keeping Fleischhauer behind his head on his left and landing on his right. At the last minute, Fawaz rocked him with a right on his chin. In the third round, Fawaz threw a dozen punches without answering, causing the referee to stop the match.
Middleweight George “Gorgeous” Mitchell, 3-0 (1), #160, of St. Albans, Hertfordshire, UK, easily beat Vasif Mamedov, 2-10-2 (0), #160 ¼, of Perm, Russia, over four laps.
In the first round, the taller Mitchell had his boxing style very good, with the two tied in the final seconds. At the last minute of the third inning, Mitchell sucked Mamedov’s nose.
In the fourth and final innings, Mamedov tried using a left hook that sometimes worked. Mitchell still had his hand on his side, easily winning with his doubles.
