“War is fluid, dynamic and unpredictable. Ukraine’s war, it’s not an easy sprint to the finish line. And our message remains clear: We will stand with Ukraine for as long as necessary. We remain focused on meeting Ukraine’s urgent need for ground-based air defense systems. And that’s especially important since Russia has – as Russia has steadily increased its missile and drone attacks over the past month against Ukrainian cities. Colleagues from the Netherlands and Denmark cheered on the progress they had made in their plans to train Ukrainian pilots on fourth-generation fighters, including the F-16.” “This is a very difficult fight. It is a very violent war and will likely take a considerable amount of time with high costs. But after all, as Napoleon once said, ‘Morality is to the body, like three to one.’ And the spirit, leadership, skills, resilience, resilience of the Ukrainian people are very high.
