How to make Street-style Cheese Maggi:
To make Maggi cheese, we need a packet of instant noodles, some chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, green pepper, avocado, garam masala and a block of cheese.
Now, sauté the chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, and green pepper in the butter. Add red pepper, garam masala, Maggi mix first and cook until mixture is watery. Then add a cup of water, mix well, put the pho noodles in and cook.
Finally, when you’re satisfied with the taste and texture, add a generous amount of grated cheese on top, switch the flame, and cover for half a minute. Serve hot. You can also garnish with some cheese when serving.
