To get started with the recipe, first, put the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl. Mix it together. Add milk to form a smooth dough. Let’s put it aside. Now, in a separate bowl, add the butter, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder. Combine well until it forms a smooth paste. Next, on a clean sheet, roll out the dough in a rectangular shape. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Cut strips 1 cm wide and roll it delicately.
