There are few dishes in the world as delicious as dessert. Whether it’s cream cheesecake or chocolate macaroons – there’s a wide range of rich and mouth-watering desserts. Sweet lovers won’t be able to resist ending every meal with a sweet treat. But have you ever wanted to try a dessert worth a thousand dollars or around Rs 78k? Sundae Golden Opilities is considered by Guinness World Records as the most expensive dessert. Recently, the official handle of the Guinness World Records shared a video of the process of creating this expensive and tempting dessert. Watch:

The video was shared by Guinness World Records on Instagram Reels. It received more than 100k views and 4.5k likes in just a short period of time. The dessert is from a restaurant called ‘Serendipity 3’ in New York City.
The step-by-step assembly of the deluxe dessert was shown in the Reels video clip. First, 23-karat gold foil is used to line a crystal goblet in which dessert will be served. Then Tahitian vanilla ice cream and Madagascar Vanilla are added to it. Expensive desserts are then topped with the most expensive dark chocolate from Italy, truffles, candied fruit from Paris, and truffles. Passion fruit caviar and a sugar flower topped with gold added the finishing touch to the dessert.
