Wolf & Badger relocates flagship and head offices to Soho
The 12,000 sq ft Coal Drops Yard location, which was initially opened in July 2018 and housed the retailer’s head office, was officially closed on 15 January, with the new location Soho location set to open later this year.
CEO and co-founder George Graham said: “Having a great central location like this for our flagship UK store is essential in further delivering our mission to better connect independent brands with conscious consumers.
“This new Soho location provides a perfect venue for the events and activations that we now hold on an almost daily basis to complement our online offer, and provides a convenient and central location for customers to visit, browse, discover our brands and to click-and-collect.”
The new store at 102 Berwick Street, Soho, London is smaller than the previous location, spanning 1,400 sq ft, and the new head office is nearby at 1 Warwick Street, Soho, meaning “the whole UK team” is in the area.
Designed by Augustus Brown Architects, the retailer said the Berwick Street premises will be “minimalist with Pythagorean shapes in a mix of neutral, monochrome colours and natural materials”. The store will include a dedicated pop-up space, a floristry and plant shop and a showroom for personal styling, alongside items from over 100 independent sustainable brands covering women’s and menswear, jewellery and homeware.
