Be it Bihar’s famous litti chokka, Maharashtra’s vada pao, Delhi’s lip-sync or even Bengal’s beloved puchke; There’s certainly no end to all you can have. However, when it comes to street food cravings, we can’t always find all of the state’s famous items in one market. So we have to go around from place to place in search of our favorite street foods. Radisson, Udyog Vihar brings you a celebration of Indian street food in its latest event, Zaika Galiyon Ka!
The idea created by Vickhram and Maneesh from Desi Connoisseur describes the taste of India. They have selected dishes from Bihar, Bengal, UP, Delhi, Mathura, Lucknow, Benaras, Mumbai and South India! And that’s not just it; note the variety of Indian street food, but the duo also featured some of our delicacies from Indo-Chinese cuisine!
When talking to General Manager Namit Vij, he added: “Street food has always been a weak link when it comes to food hygiene and safety. The love of street food does not stop people from continuing to do so. discovery at the cost of their health.” Street food festival is a step to ensure that everyone can enjoy the same taste and flavor without compromising on health. “
So to enjoy Zaika Galiyon Ka, we recently went to the event and had some famous items from different states! First, start with Bihar’s famous litti choka, it has the perfect crisp flavor you’d expect from the dish. Then moving on to Bengali cuisine, we strongly recommend trying the spicy puchkas and the delicious chole aloo chaat!
For Delhi’s street food, bedmi puri can’t be missed!
Coming to south Indian cuisine, you’ll find podi masala idli, fish curry, uttapams, chicken 65 and more.
Finally, for the Indo-Chinese section, chowmein, spring rolls and Manchurian will make you ask for more.
The event also featured a wide range of Indian desserts, such as jalebi, gulab jamun, gunjiya, nan khatai, plus cakes and pastries!
