2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N scouting at Nürburgring
Pre-production examples Hyundai Ioniq 5 WOMEN was watched at the Nürburgring as the launch of the hot electric crossover neared.
Hyundai confirmed earlier this year The Ioniq 5 N will launch in 2023.
The latest spy shots show the Ioniq 5 N in gray, rather than the signature N-part Performance Blue as seen on previous prototypes.
The Ioniq 5 N has a deeper and more aggressive front spoiler, while at the rear there is a large roof spoiler and what appears to be a rear diffuser.
It also appears to have a wider track and wider fenders, as well as unique wheels and a lower ride height, although the headlights and taillights remain unchanged.
While our photographers weren’t able to shoot the interiors, we also expect aesthetic changes there, like sport seats and unique trim.
It has not been confirmed what will power the Ioniq 5 N, but it could provide more or more performance. Kia EV6 GT while focusing more on tracking performance.
Kia’s dual-motor all-wheel drive system produces 430kW of power and 740Nm of torque. Kia claims the EV6 GT can accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 3.5 seconds.
Currently, the most powerful Ioniq 5 pumps out 225kW and 605Nm.
