300 bigger, more attractive liquor stores to reopen in Delhi tomorrow, all government run

Private liquor stores will be a thing of the past for the national capital as they will be replaced by more than 300 Delhi government auto shops from Thursday as a result of the shift from the 2021-22 Special Consumption Policy to one old degrees, officials said Wednesday.
Nearly 250 privately owned liquor stores, licensed under the 2021-22 Special Consumption Policy, are operating in the city.
Excise officials say alcohol supply will improve from the first week of September due to the opening of more stores.
“Currently, there are almost 250 private stores that will be replaced by more than 300 government automated stores. So there will be more stores and the number will increase further in the coming days when 500 stores are opened. planned open by the four undertakings of the Delhi government”. said a senior official of the Excise department.
An mAbkaridelhi mobile app developed by the Excuse department will go live from September, providing consumers with information about the location of liquor stores in the vicinity and their hours.
Some government mobile phones will be located in malls and near metro stations. The Delhi government’s undertakings -DTTDC, DSSIDC, DSCSC and DCCWS – have been set out with a goal of opening 700 liquor stores in the city by the end of the year, according to officials.
