After weeks of public silence, Activision has responded to an ongoing strike at Raven Software.

However, a new statement from upper-level Raven Software management (see: Activision Management) goes to GamesIndustry.biz revealed that the company is in active discussions with employees.
“Activision is deeply committed to the well-being of all of our teams, including our QA workforce,” the statement read. , we are increasing our overall investment in development and operations resources, and converting nearly 500 temporary workers into full-time employees in our studios, the biggest transformation yet in Activision’s history. ”
“For the 12 temporary workers at Raven who did not have their contracts renewed, we have provided extended notice periods, including payment for a two-week holiday, and will work directly with people in need of relocation assistance. Raven is full of people dedicated to improving the culture at Activision, and we look forward to working with the employees to make that work together.”
