Alola’s Pokemon Go Season Begins March 1, Daily Free Raid Passes Increase
Pokemon Go Season of Alola begins March 1 and will run through June 1, the developers have announced. Pokemons found in the Alola region of the Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon games will launch over the course of three months of the new season. There are also many seasonal highlights, including the Alola Islands study, the Melemele Island special study, and the new Go Tournament. The developers are also increasing the number of additional Free Daily Raid Cards that Trainers can get.
According to The Pokemon Go team, trainers (gamers) will be able to find Alolan Exeggutor – Grass & Dragon-type Pokémon – in the wild. Other Pokemons that have been provocative Appears in this installment include Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, Pikipek and Yungoos. These Pokemons can be found in “Cities, Forests, Mountains, Beaches + Water, Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere”. There are also various Pokemons that will bloom this season, According to the developers.
Pokemon Godeveloped by Niantic, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company, are also receiving Discovery related updates for Alola Season. The first is an increase in the number of free daily Raid Cards that Trainers can receive. Trainers can obtain Raid Passes by spinning Photo Discs at the Gym and they can be used to participate in Raid matches.
Additionally, the fixed Incense bonus in Pokemon Go will be phased out in favor of a new one that increases Incense’s duration from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. Incense are items that attract Pokemons to your location, and it lasts for 30 minutes when activated. The Go Battle League will not have a rating, instead, it will give new and experienced coaches the opportunity to compete. Trainers can also go looking for Alola with avatar items that will be available through the in-game shop “soon”.
