Ingredient:
- 3 cups of berries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175F (80 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking sheet.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until the mixture becomes smooth and velvety.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and use a flat spatula to form a rectangle. Make sure the edges are thicker than the center, as they will dry faster.
- Store the roll in wax paper or parchment as desired.
