Viral Food Trends: Pink sauce takes the internet by storm; React on Twitter
Have you heard of pink sauce? Indian foodies will immediately associate pink sauce pasta. But no, it doesn’t look like the pink sauce we’re talking about. In fact, it is a unique spice in America that has recently gone viral on social media. Wonder why? It is probably due to the ingredients used in the recipe. Created by Chef Pii – a mixologist in Miami – the pink sauce is on the market from July 2022. According to the official Pink Sauce website (that’s the name of the brand!), the condiment is made by mixing dragon fruit, sunflower seeds, honey, chili and garlic. The website adds that the sauce has a high nutritional value and does not include dairy, protein or cholesterol.
